Having a typography palette is essential to keep a consistent and familiar environment on all products under a brand.

Across web Blockstream products, the main typeface used is DIN 2014. As for mobile applications, we choose to use the native system fonts, which guarantee the familiar environment within the device itself as well as present performance advantages.

We’ve defined a variety of weights and sizes that should be combined to convey our content in a clear and legible manner.

In general, headings are meant to be used as attention grabbers and content dividers, initiating a new section of content. Therefore, those texts should have a reasonably limited length. While larger blocks of content should use the smaller sizes defined below.
